Once you walk through the entrance, you will find yourself in a large, spacious hall, called the camegah. Here, you will be greeted by our staff and directed to the reception to sign in for your bath.

After undressing, don the peshtemal wrap and slippers you were given. Feel free to keep your underpants or bikini bottom on. You may leave your personal belongings in your locker  and your valuables at the reception and take your key with you. You are now ready to move on to the interior of the hammam!

Lying on the marble göbek taşı platform and gazing up at the dome is among the most enjoyable things to do in the hammam. This is the hararet, the centre of the bath and its hottest point. Your session will begin once your skin softens from the heat.

A soap-free, light scrub for 15 to 20 minutes with the kese peels away dead skin cells and dirt

Next is a sudsy bath with foam created with a cloth bag, when you will receive a gentle massage

Now for a rubdown, this time with a loofah

And then a gentle washing of your hair and scalp

Now it’s time to rinse off. If you become uncomfortable with the heat, we recommend that you move to the cooler outer room, the soğukluk.

You may relax beside a basin, use a separate compartment to continue washing yourself or move to the adjacent room, which is a little cooler. From there, you may take a clean peshtemal and towel and head to the lounge.

In the lounge, guests may enjoy a lemonade, other cold or hot beverages and sweet and savoury snacks from the café’s carefully prepared menu.
